• Opt-in: You consent to receive messages by verbally requesting text confirmation during a phone call with a participating business, or by agreeing to notifications during account signup.
• Message frequency varies based on your service activity.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@anvil-holdings.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Accounts and Payment

Business customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity under their account. Fees for paid services are described at the time of purchase and are billed as agreed at signup.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, content, and branding, are owned by Anvil Holdings LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written consent.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anvil Holdings LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
