Anvil Holdings LLC provides AI-powered phone answering and scheduling services for home-service businesses. Through this program, we send appointment confirmations, booking notifications, and call summaries by text message.
How You Opt In
By phone (consumers): When you call a participating business to request service, our answering service will ask: "Would you like to receive a text confirmation of your appointment details?" You will only receive texts if you verbally agree during the call.
Online (business customers): Business owners signing up for Anvil Holdings services provide their mobile number on our signup form and must actively check an unchecked-by-default box that reads: "I agree to receive booking notifications and account messages by SMS from Anvil Holdings."
